But despite its ambition, the brand felt overly clinical, too mechanical, too cold, and unintentionally intimidating in an already sensitive category.My role was to reintroduce the human element. By grounding the identity in the logic of nature and life’s innate rhythms, the brand now communicates intelligence without intimidation. The refined visual system adds warmth and presence, allowing Purna.ai’s mission to feel not just advanced, but deeply reassuring and alive.
